Introduction
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Sales Effectiveness Leader to help shape and optimize our commercial operations across global markets. In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve sales processes, strengthen data quality and governance, and enhance the technology ecosystem that supports our sales teams.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Data & Technology, and regional leadership teams, you will play a key role in enabling scalable, efficient, and insight-driven commercial operations. Your work will help simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and create more time for customer-focused activities.
