We are looking for a Sales Director France – Professional Haircare , a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the commercial development of the French market in full alignment with OWAY’s vision, values, and brand identity.
This role combines strategic direction, brand sensitivity, and business ownership , playing a key part in strengthening OWAY’s presence in the French professional haircare industry.
- Define and lead the sales strategy for the French market, working in close alignment with the Head Office to ensure company objectives and OWAY values are fully reflected;
- Develop and strengthen the network of clients, salons, distributors, and strategic partners in France, maintaining ongoing communication with central teams;
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring consistency with the brand vision;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities;
- Collaborate with Marketing and other Head Office teams to ensure correct positioning of haircare lines and support brand initiatives;
- Support product launches in France, contributing to storytelling, commercial tools, and training programs;
- Coordinate commercial and technical training for clients and partners, in partnership with central teams;
- Track KPIs, sales results, and profitability, providing structured updates and reports.
- 8–10 years of senior commercial experience in professional haircare within the French market
- Strong sensitivity to brand identity, product quality, and premium positioning
- Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands‑on, results‑driven approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with international teams
- Responsible mindset aligned with sustainable, long‑term growth
- Fluent English required; French as a native or fluent level is essential
