Location - Remotely based in France (Open to travel countrywide).

How You Will Add Value to the Team:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and research teams to align efforts and enhance competitive positioning.
• Deliver long-term growth so that you can be in a position to develop and onboard a sales team.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Drive business development initiatives, negotiating and closing high-value deals that contribute to the division’s success.

To Be Considered for This Position, You Must Have:

• A proven track record in capital machinery and packaging equipment sales across the life sciences markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in both French and English.
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with a strategic and innovative mindset.
• Extensive experience operating within international markets, ideally with a background reporting to teams internationally.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment, with a strong focus on results.
• A deep understanding of market dynamics in the life sciences sector, with the ability to leverage insights to achieve business objectives.
