As part of their international growth strategy, they are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Director to drive new enterprise sales across France.

The Role
This is a senior, quota-carrying role, focused on selling large-scale SaaS contracts into enterprise-grade clients across France. You’ll engage directly with Chief Procurement Officers, Digital Transformation leaders, and senior stakeholders across finance, IT, legal, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close
- Partner with senior procurement stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Deliver compelling solution-based presentations and demos aligned to enterprise procurement transformation goals
- Build long-term relationships while maintaining a laser-focus on new logo acquisition
Required Experience
To be considered, you must have:
- A proven track record of selling enterprise-grade SaaS solutions in procurement or supply chain
- Fluency in French and English
- Demonstrable experience navigating long and complex deal cycles at C-level
- Strong understanding of procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and supply chain digitisation
- A consultative, strategic approach to solution selling
- Background in procurement technology, digital procurement, or procurement consulting
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Gravitas and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders
- Able to build and maintain stakeholder power maps
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
