The impact you’ll make:

  • Commercial Strategy & Execution
    • Define and implement the go‑to‑market strategy aligned with global and regional priorities
    • Establish Versuni as a category expert leader through strong retail partnerships. Shape and steer retail behaviors through authority and vision.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth.
    • Drive structural retail transformation by influencing shopper journeys.
  • Customer and Channel Management
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
    • Omnichannel Excellence: Deep experience in managing and optimizing across multiple channels (traditional retail, modern trade/TSS, e‑commerce, distributor networks) with a strong understanding of channel conflict and synergy.
    • Lead annual negotiations, joint business planning, and ensure flawless execution of customer plans.
    • Optimize channel mix and expand distribution footprint, with a focus on modern trade, e‑commerce, and emerging platforms.
  • Sales Operations & Performance Management
    • Drive sales performance through robust forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.
    • Optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting for efficiency and impact.
    • Manage trade investments and ensure ROI‑driven decisions.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global/Regional teams.
    • Provide strong commercial input into demand planning, pricing, innovation launches, and promotional planning.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights
    • Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and consumer behavior.
    • Translate insights into actionable plans and commercial innovation.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Proven ability to influence industry practices and shape retail ecosystems.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and commercial leadership roles, ideally within consumer goods or durables.
  • Managing turnover >100M euro.
  • Deep knowledge of the local market retail landscape and key accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving transformation, and delivering results in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
