Sales Director European Key Accounts (F/H)
As Sales Director European Key Account , reporting directly to the Managing Director of LPR and as a member of the Management Committee , you play a central role in LPR’s commercial development across Europe.
You will lead the FMCG and Retail Key Account sales strategy , manage dedicated sales teams, and develop high-value partnerships.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, negotiating strategic contracts, and deploying innovative solutions, particularly within the supply chains of major European retailers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and leading the European Key Account sales strategy in collaboration with the MD (Business Development & Account Management).
- Managing and motivating the Sales teams .
- Identifying and securing new growth opportunities .
- Managing key contracts and ensuring compliance with commitments .
- Enhancing the customer experience and commercial performance.
- Promoting LPR’s sustainable development solutions to retailers and partners.
With a higher education background (Master’s degree or equivalent, ideally an MBA) in business, marketing, or a related field, you have at least 10 years of successful experience in leading key account sales at an international level , preferably in the FMCG or ideally the retail sector .
You possess strong skills in strategic leadership, negotiation, and commercial management . Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another European language would be a plus.
This position is based at the European headquarters in Toulouse , and frequent travel is to be expected.
