Responsibilities

  • Fully manage the company's sales operations and overall business operations, ensuring efficient performance and sustainable development;
  • Develop forward-looking sales strategies based on market dynamics, industry trends, and the company's actual situation, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals and driving sustained sales growth;
  • Lead the expansion and management of sales channels, develop new channels, optimize existing channel systems, establish strong partnerships with distributors and agents, and enhance channel sales capabilities and market coverage;
  • Drive customer relationship management, gain deep insights into customer needs, and maintain and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts;
  • Oversee the building and management of the sales team, enhancing overall team effectiveness and execution capability.

Requirements

  • Have the legal right to work in France (holding a French or EU passport, long-term residence permit, etc.);
  • Native French speaker with fluent business French and English communication skills;
  • Bachelor\'s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
  • 10+ years of experience in OEM sales, familiar with various sales strategies and techniques, able to accurately understand customer needs, with a proven track record of successful sales achievements;
  • Familiar with OEM procurement processes and supplier access requirements of major automotive manufacturers (such as Renault, Peugeot Citroën, Stellantis, Faurecia, etc.);
  • Have established good relationships with French government departments, industry associations (such as Plateforme automobile, PFA, etc.), and industry partners, with a certain network of government relations and accumulated customer resources;
  • Possess strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, capable of leading major sales decisions for the company;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales team management, with proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets and improve team performance, familiar with team building and incentive mechanisms, and able to effectively organize and coordinate team resources;
  • Strong project management skills, able to drive project delivery and be accountable for project profit and loss indicators.
