We’re growing fast – across hospitality, real estate, workspace, and now wealth management with Enky Invest – and we’re looking for an energetic SDR to fuel our B2B growth.
Your mission
As an SDR , you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients – from office managers to property developers and financial advisors. You’ll qualify leads, book meetings for our Account Executives, and play a vital role in building a healthy sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Identify pain points and match them with Enky’s tailored solutions
- Book discovery calls and demos for our Sales team
- Maintain and update CRM (Odoo)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimize outreach messaging
- Attend team meetings to share learnings and improve processes
Who you are
- Fluent in French and professional English
- 4+ years of experience in a lead generation, SDR, or BDR role (ideally B2B)
- Confident communicator – written and verbal
- Organized and curious – you ask the right questions and follow through
- Autonomous, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: experience in furniture, real estate, interior design, or proptech
