Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
• Follow up with prospects through outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Brainstorm with the team on how to identify key players and generate interest in Insiders products
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in assigned segments

What we expect from you

• Native Italian speakers
• Previous SDR experience
• Fresh perspectives are valued
• University degree in a related field
• Understanding of e-commerce markets is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort with phone outreach and dialing dozens of numbers a day
• Interest in market research, identifying key players, and generating leads
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Understanding of Digital Marketing or experience in a customer-oriented role
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
