european economics is a consulting firm specialised in European public funding. We support companies in securing strategic financing - worth several hundred million euros to several billions euros - for projects with a strong economic, environmental, and societal impact.
As part of a major organisational growth phase, we are creating a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team and actively contribute to our commercial development.
Your mission
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in our lead generation and prospecting strategy. Working closely with our team of consultants, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with senior decision-makers within strategic companies.
Your responsibilities
Identify and map new target accounts through LinkedIn, databases, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches
Identify and qualify the right contacts (C-level executives, CFOs, etc.)
Initiate first contact through highly personalised multichannel campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Automate low-value tasks (using tools such as Waalaxy, CRM sequences) to focus on high-impact actions
Pass qualified leads on to the consulting team
Ensure accurate and consistent follow-up in Salesforce, our central CRM
Continuously test and refine your prospecting methods (A/B testing, internal feedback)
Your profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in large account prospecting, B2B sales, or the consulting industry
Master's degree (Business School, Political Science, or University equivalent)
Proficient with prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Waalaxy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (minimum C1 level)
Strong listening skills, rigour, structure, and autonomy
High adaptability and eagerness to learn
