Sales & Customer Fulfillment Specialist (9‑Month FTC)

iRobot Corporation in Lyon, France, is seeking a 9-month maternity cover to manage French retailer orders end-to-end and ensure timely delivery and accurate order status.

You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, Planning, 3PL, warehouse and transport, maintain pricing, taxes, and contractual terms in Oracle, and serve as the main contact for customers in French and English. You will leverage ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) and MS Excel to optimize processes and resolve issues quickly.
