Sales Administrator Specialist (Fixed Term 9 months)

Introduction

This will be a 9-month fixed term employment covering for a maternity leave.

Location: Lyon, France

Reporting Line: Reports to the Sr Operations Manager – EMEA Retail

What you will do:

• Manage French retailer sales orders end-to-end, from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, order status, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate sales order requirements and customer commitments across Sales, Operations, Planning, 3PL, warehouse, and transport teams.
• Maintain pricing conditions, environmental taxes (D3E), commercial agreements, and contractual terms in Oracle.
• Manage delivery exceptions, shortages, delays, claims, and escalations, ensuring effective resolution and service performance.
• Support issue resolution across systems, customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Higher level education
• At least 3 years’ experience in an international FMCG environment, previous experience in Customer Fulfilment, Order Management, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or Customer Administration.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)
• MS Office (strong Excel experience)
• French/English required
• Ability to both works independently and as a team member
