Mission
As a Sales Associate for Dries Van Noten at Le Bon Marché, you represent the brand within a curated multi-brand environment. You are dedicated to delivering a distinctive and refined customer experience, expressing the Dries Van Noten philosophy while adapting to the dynamics of the department store. You embody professionalism, empathy, and discretion, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the spirit of the house.
Your Tasks & responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a warm and attentive manner, providing a personalized experience aligned with Dries Van Noten’s aesthetic and values
- Generate qualitative sales across all product categories, building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Represent the brand consistently within the Le Bon Marché context, ensuring that the Dries Van Noten space remains inviting, inspiring, and aligned with our visual standards
- Collaborate closely with the Le Bon Marché team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service
- Contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand integrity
- Support clienteling and after-sales activities, ensuring clients feel connected to the brand beyond the purchase
- Share brand knowledge and storytelling, bringing the Dries Van Noten world to life for each visitor

Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within a department store environment
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and adaptable to a diverse international clientele
- Elegant and composed communication style, with a natural sense of service
- Organized, reliable, and collaborative, with a positive and professional attitude
- A genuine appreciation for culture, design, and craftsmanship
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are considered an asset
