Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

  • Guide and oversee the store team.
  • Set performance expectations.
  • Foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet store targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotions.

Customer Service

  • Create a customer‑centric environment.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Staff Development

  • Train and develop store staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising

  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.

Operational Management

  • Implement store policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control expenses and operational budgets.
  • Conduct staff meetings and communicate effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail experience and 3 years in store management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting targets.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail software.
  • Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
