Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Guide and oversee the store team.
- Set performance expectations.

- Monitor sales performance and identify trends.

Customer Service
- Create a customer‑centric environment.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Staff Development

Inventory & Visual Merchandising
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
Operational Management
- Implement store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control expenses and operational budgets.
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience and 3 years in store management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting targets.
- Proficient in sales data analysis and inventory management.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail software.
