Participate in updating and validating customer information (contracts, usage/consumption data, invoices, Workspace access…). Organize and maintain sales folders and documentation (training materials, sales collateral) in collaboration with the Marketing team. Assist sales representatives in preparing proposals and RFP responses (certificates, company figures, compliance documents, security audits…). Manage and track CPMs. <
