What You’ll Do as a Sales Application Engineer at Arteris
Join our innovative team and help shape the future of semiconductor technology, specifically system‑on‑chip (SoC) and chiplets. In this role, you will contribute to enabling efficient integration of Arteris IP and tool products into customer SoC and chiplet designs, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive impact across cutting‑edge products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and define cross-product design flows to ensure seamless integration across Arteris products
- Rapidly prototype innovative solutions to address customer needs
- Partner with customers to demonstrate, validate, refine, and optimize proposed solutions
- Develop training materials and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and application engineering teams
- Influence product development to ensure interoperability and alignment with customer requirements
- Represent Arteris in global customer engagements (15%–25% travel)
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical role (application engineering, technical marketing, or similar)
- Deep understanding of System‑on‑Chip (SoC) architecture and development (front‑end and back‑end)
- Advanced knowledge of network‑on‑chip (NoC) technologies in complex SoC design
- Strong command of the IP‑XACT standard for IP integration and automation
- Proficiency in Python programmingFluency in English (written and spoken)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands‑on experience with SoC integration, EDA tool flow automation, or IP packaging
- Experience in the Magillem environment (API and tools)
- Familiarity with building and maintaining CAD environments for digital design
- Knowledge of ARM and RISC‑V ecosystems (CPU, interfaces, fabrics)
Education Requirements
- MSEE or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
Estimated Base Salary
€55,000 to €85,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
