Join us as our Business Analyst & Revenue Planner for the France–Benelux Hub and become a pivotal force behind our sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision‑making.
With 3–5 years of experience in sales performance analysis, business analysis, or revenue planning—within a large or structured organization you bring a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel expertise, and solid familiarity with BI tools. You exceed at transforming complex data into actionable insights, collaborating effectively across functions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You are fluent in French and English, with Dutch (Flemish), finance knowledge, and Salesforce.com experience considered valuable assets.
Your Mission
Drive Revenue Planning & Performance Management
- Lead the preparation and development of the ASR, annual budget, and monthly/quarterly sales & margin forecasts, ensuring accurate integration into financial systems (BPC).
- Deliver insightful analyses to support strategic presentations, highlighting revenue and margin trends through compelling visuals (graphs, charts, dashboards).
- Monitor monthly/quarterly performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to secure targets.
- Develop and maintain Risks & Opportunities (R&O) tracking.
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to guide business decisions.
- Analyze key account performance and identify growth levers.
Strengthen SalesForce Effectiveness
- Analyze SFDC dashboards, pipeline quality, and opportunity progression to feed forecasts and R&O.
- Build and refine field activity dashboards to enhance sales team efficiency.
- Measure the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue and ROI.
- Develop tools to track and elevate sales performance across sectors.
Support Supply Chain & Demand Planning
- Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels at logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory compliance with contractual agreements.
- Review revenue projections and demand evolution with EMEA Supply Chain.
- Track back orders, assess their impact, and adjust forecasts accordingly.
- Coordinate major product recalls and collaborate with Customer Service when needed.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sales performance analysis, business analysis, or revenue planning working in a large company or structured environment.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) and familiarity with BI tools and dashboards.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented approach supported by solid business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch (Flemish) is an advantage, as is knowledge of Salesforce.com.
