About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to generate leads, advise clients, and close property transactions across off‑plan and secondary market listings. You will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide buyers/sellers through the full sales process while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify buyer and seller leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable properties based on budget and preferences
- Present off‑plan projects and secondary market listings with clear value propositions
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, meetings, and project site visits
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to move deals forward
- Negotiate offers and terms between buyers, sellers, and developers to achieve successful closures
- Assist clients with documentation and coordinate with banks, conveyancing, and internal teams as needed
- Prepare and share proposals, unit options, and comparative market insights
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM, including notes, stages, and next actions
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and activity KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competing projects
- Represent the company professionally and ensure a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background (property sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with prospects
- Good understanding of Dubai real estate market (off‑plan and secondary preferred)
- Valid real estate licence/registration (where applicable) or willingness to obtain it
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools (calls, WhatsApp, e‑mail)
- Professional appearance and strong client‑facing etiquette
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for viewings when required
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
