Responsibilities

  • Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, hot prospects).
  • Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, relances).
  • Quickly qualify the business needs of restaurant clients.
  • Clearly present RusHour’s offerings and their value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed monthly signing targets.
  • Rapidly ramp up knowledge of our products, market, and tools.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
  • Comfortable on the phone with real persuasive ability.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Results- and performance-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in B2B sales/closing/cold calling is a plus but not required.
  • Autonomous, disciplined, and reliable.
