Responsibilities
- Handle and close qualified inbound leads (incoming requests, hot prospects).
- Execute targeted outbound actions (cold calls, follow-ups, relances).
- Quickly qualify the business needs of restaurant clients.
- Clearly present RusHour’s offerings and their value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: contact → qualification → closing.
- Keep the CRM up to date and maintain rigorous pipeline follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly signing targets.
- Rapidly ramp up knowledge of our products, market, and tools.
Requirements
- Strong commercial drive: you want to sell, perform, and earn money.
- Comfortable on the phone with real persuasive ability.
- Fast learner with adaptability to a changing environment.
- Results- and performance-oriented mindset.
- Experience in B2B sales/closing/cold calling is a plus but not required.
- Autonomous, disciplined, and reliable.
