Overview
- Ensure the reliability, smooth operation and performance of Beem's commercial engine: structure data, automate operations, manage KPIs and trigger alerts on drop-offs so SDR and sales teams can focus on selling.
- Daily monitoring & codification: ensure daily activity tracking, codification and quality of data entered by SDRs and sales representatives.
- Processes & written culture: update and formalize sales processes. Every process must be written, versioned and accessible.
- Automation: automate recurring tasks as much as possible (reporting, follow-ups, enrichment, codification).
- KPIs & dashboards: design, validate and maintain commercial KPIs and operational dashboards.
- Sales cycle monitoring & alerts: oversee activity across the entire sales cycle and alert in case of drop-offs (pipeline, conversion, velocity).
- Sales capacity management: size and manage the team\'s capacity to handle incoming and outgoing lead flows.
