As part of the Operational Performance Department, we are looking for our future Sage X3 Project Manager F/H attached to our Lyon Confluence or Saint‑Chamond site.
Reporting to the IS Director, you will be in charge of projects to migrate our sites to the Sage X3 solution, from design to user training, including configuration and data transfer.
Responsibilities
- Drawing up specifications to adapt the ERP to the requirements of the company and its users.
- Implement the chosen solution (configuration, testing, data transfer, acceptance).
- Steering the progress of current projects on ERP X3 or any other current or future software.
- Manage relations with users: training, documentation, technical support.
- Carrying out technical developments and conducting operational tests and audits throughout the operational life of the ERP.
Qualifications
- You will have at least 3 years' experience deploying Sage X3 projects, in an ESN or industrial end‑customer environment, and have a sound functional knowledge of the system.
- You are familiar with project management methodologies and know how to propose pragmatic solutions.
- Dynamic and organized, you have a good sense of priorities and are able to react quickly.
- You have a sense of service/business partner.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work in a network with different functions.
- You are a good teacher and have training experience.
- Your English is at a professional level.
