SaaS Training & Knowledge Architect

Jobtailor is seeking a Training Manager in a SaaS environment to lead customer and partner training initiatives for LumApps solutions. You will create training paths, materials, and microlearning resources, while collaborating with product teams to shape the learning ecosystem.

Fluency in English and French is required, with German as a plus. You will drive user adoption, maintain LMS deployments, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective training programs.
