Senior Sales Leader – Strategic Accounts France

Lead the sales team for strategic accounts across France, selling SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite and partnering with channel resources. The role requires managing a sales force, driving pipeline, and executing region‑wide sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals selling directly to end users.
  • Leverage channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide structure, rigor, and forecasting to the sales process.
  • Inspire and lead the team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Document and validate results through quarterly enablement badges (optional).

Success Milestones

1‑Month Milestones

  • Onboard the sales team with clear value‑add plan.
  • Assess reporting structure and process.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to fill urgent roles.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings.
  • Establish relationships with support functions.
  • Familiarize with product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Complete First‑Mate enablement badge.

2‑Month Milestones

  • Analyze non‑direct support structure.
  • Evaluate install base and target customers.
  • Arrange meetings with customers and partners.
  • Review pipeline quality and forecast accuracy.

3‑Month Milestones

  • Develop 12‑month business plan with milestones.
  • Present plan to manager and leadership team.
  • Line up new hires and confirm start dates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams for new opportunities.
  • Complete Sailing Master and Quarter Master badges.

6‑Month Milestones

  • Develop 3‑year business plan with milestones.
  • Refine People, Process, Cadence, and Structure to support plan.
  • Demonstrate measurable impact on those four areas.
  • Earn Captain enablement badge.

12‑Month Milestones

  • Negotiate three‑year plan adjustments and maintain strong foundation.
  • Reassess and enhance processes across all functions.
  • Maintain accuracy in forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing and channel teams for new opportunities.
  • Ensure pipeline is 3× quota.

Qualifications

  • Successful track record leading high‑growth SaaS or cybersecurity sales teams.
  • Experience managing sales during transition from on‑prem to SaaS.
  • Strong structure and rigor in pipeline and forecasting.
  • Inspirational leadership with people management focus.
