Missions and Responsibilities

The Services Sales Specialist is a high-impact commercial role responsible for growing Exclusive Networks' services portfolio, including professional services, support, training, and managed services. This role acts as the engine for services growth: demand generation, pipeline development, and close collaboration with sales, technical, marketing teams, vendors, and reseller partners. You will help structure service delivery in the region while supporting sales teams in positioning services as a key component of every customer engagement.

  • Services Revenue Growth: Generate, develop, and close service opportunities across the full portfolio.
  • Increase service attach rates to product and solution sales.
  • Identify, qualify, and drive high-value opportunities with vendors, partners, and named accounts.
  • Implement local account development plans in partnership with distribution sales teams.
  • Be accountable for achieving regional services revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Demand Generation & Market Development: Drive partner engagement through workshops, joint customer meetings, and a value-based sales approach.
  • Clearly present the value proposition of exclusive networks services to partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at stimulating demand.
  • Identify new service offerings with vendors to increase service adoption.
  • Collaboration & Execution with multiple stakeholders to ensure service success: Account managers and sales leadership; Pre-sales and technical services teams; Vendor management teams; Marketing teams; Strategic reseller partners; Regional technical services managers/directors & regional services leadership; Enablement teams – both internally and across the channel.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain a reliable pipeline, accurate forecasts, and rigorous opportunity tracking; conduct progress reviews, conversion analysis, and win/loss reporting; provide regular updates and insights to regional services leadership.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with sales, solutions, operations, and go‑to‑market teams; Deliver ongoing training and coaching to local sales teams to promote a services‑first approach; Collaborate with the services advisory board and services sales desk; Develop clear proposals, service quotes, and customer presentations; Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities; Provide regional support to GSI accounts when needed.

  • Services revenue achieved and gross margin generated.

  • Partner engagement level and effectiveness of enablement actions.
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
  • Growth of strategic accounts and service adoption.
