Risk Manager-Due Diligence

You are going to join the Risk Management Department of BOC Paris Branch as a Risk Manager-Due Diligence.

• Conduct due diligence on single-client credit projects in French, Chinese, or English.
• Conduct due diligence and compliance review for corporate/group client credit projects.
• Report credit projects requiring head office approval.
• Manage the CCMS credit approval workflow.
• Communicate and refine head office credit approval policies and processes.
• Maintain credit approval project ledger, compile relevant statistics, and prepare approval quality and efficiency analysis reports.
• Serve as secretary for the credit committee.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting credit asset quality, including quarterly inventory reports and special risk review reports.
• Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
