You are going to join the Risk Management Department of BOC Paris Branch as a Risk Manager-Due Diligence.
- Conduct due diligence on single-client credit projects in French, Chinese, or English.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance review for corporate/group client credit projects.
- Report credit projects requiring head office approval.
- Manage the CCMS credit approval workflow.
- Communicate and refine head office credit approval policies and processes.
- Maintain credit approval project ledger, compile relevant statistics, and prepare approval quality and efficiency analysis reports.
- Serve as secretary for the credit committee.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting credit asset quality, including quarterly inventory reports and special risk review reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
