Rewards Manager – Europe (H/F)
About the Role
Design, develop and implement global remuneration strategies and projects across Europe, ensuring alignment with the company’s global remuneration philosophy and regional human resources strategy. Own the planning, execution, reporting and analysis of global pay initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the European global remuneration philosophy and strategy.
- Lead the definition of the remuneration structure for Europe.
- Translate strategy into action, collecting and analysing data to measure success and continuously optimise programmes.
- Develop, review and implement remuneration and reward frameworks in line with the global philosophy.
- Ensure offerings are competitive at the regional market through in‑depth benchmarking research.
- Act as senior internal adviser on compensation and benefits, providing holistic and pragmatic solutions across regions and countries.
- Lead the annual merit cycle, participate in compensation surveys and deliver market‑price analysis and job architecture deployment.
- Co‑train and coach HR partners and leaders on understanding and adopting reward programmes, identifying and resolving gaps.
- Use data and analytics to drive commercial outcomes by generating innovative insights and recommendations on global pay programmes.
- Provide on‑demand and recurring HCM reporting and analysis to the business.
- Collaborate with the HR systems team to extract, analyse and present data meaningfully to HR colleagues and the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar compensation and rewards role across multiple European countries.
- Strong research and analytical skills to collect, summarize and interpret data for reports and problem resolution.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Professional level proficiency in English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
- Collaborative, client‑focused, consultative, strong project management, excellent organisational, communication and planning skills with acute attention to detail.
Location & Travel
This full‑time position can be based anywhere in Europe. Hybrid or remote work is possible. The role requires 10%–15% travel within Europe.
