RevOps Manager (Strategy & Planning)
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Forecasting
Own Stoïk's topline plan end-to‑end: build and maintain the forecast models. Pressure-test the plan against macro shocks, GTM under‑performance, and aggressive scenarios. Partner with Finance to feed forecast outputs into board‑level reporting.
- Strategic Analyses & Deep‑Dives
Lead the strategic deep‑dives that shape leadership decisions: unit economics by segment, payback and LTV/CAC by country and channel, retention drivers, win/loss patterns, market sizing for new geos or products.
- Commercial Strategy
Shape the commercial levers that drive growth across our business lines – e.g. pricing, offer packaging, customer segmentation. Partner with Sales, Finance and Product to roll out changes that grow revenue while keeping deals winnable.
- Business Metrics Ownership
Own the definition and tracking of Stoïk's topline, growth, and retention metrics end‑to‑end: define what each metric means conceptually, make sure the definitions are accurate in Metabase, set the targets we run against, and raise the alarm early when actuals start drifting.
- Incentives & OKRs
Design and run the incentive plans across GTM teams: build mechanisms that align team interests with each other and with Stoïk's interests – pushing growth, rewarding performance, staying financially viable. Beyond compensation, own the OKR process: align GTM teams on shared objectives so financial incentives and strategic priorities pull in the same direction.
