Your nursing support includes access to 9 delivery rooms, 4 nursery beds, and 5 pediatric beds. Contribute your expertise to our specialized diabetes clinic and have the opportunity to teach medical students and residents with a UBC faculty appointment.

Compensation

Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service

Estimated Remuneration: Full‑time pediatrician salary between $300,000 and $400,000, thanks to the fee‑for‑service model and MOCAP level 1.

Physician Overhead: Low overhead, providing you freedom to pursue passion projects and professional growth.

Benefits and Incentives

• Vacation leave with flexible scheduling, allowing ample time to recharge.
• Relocation funding: $9,000 maximum for relocation within BC; $12,000 maximum within Canada; $15,000 maximum from outside Canada.
• Other benefits/incentives: Specific rates will be confirmed at the time of the offer; incentives are subject to change.
