A Crypto wallet security infrastructure provider are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.

They develop the most secure wallet-as-a-service infrastructure in Web3 : an API-first wallet management system, ideal for applications and organizations seeking to provide secure access to all blockchains through a single integration). APIs and SDKs were designed for wallet programmability and efficient implementations, enabling fast deployments, smart automation flows, as well as granular sets of permissions and policies via secure authentication credentials. They are on the way to become the leading wallet infrastructure for the multi-trillion-dollar digital asset industry. 

The company is SOC-2 certified, employs 30 people across 6 countries and has raised over $20M since creation with prestigious investors. Their solution is used and trusted by major international corporations.

As the Revenue Operations Manager you will own and optimize all CRM data, lead generation workflows, and sales/marketing automation.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll act as the air-support system for Sales and marketing teams ensuring they have reliable and well-structured data to target the right prospects, nurture relationships, and accelerate deals.
You'll manage CRM processes end to end, implement lead scoring and nurturing campaigns, enrich prospect databases, and build automated workflows that give our commercial teams leverage.
You'll be the one ensuring sales reps can focus on conversations and closings, not manual data entry, while marketing gets the insights needed to run effective campaigns.
MISSIONS
  • Own and maintain all CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and feed campaigns to support sales.
  • Automate sales and marketing processes (workflows, triggers, alerts) for efficiency.
  • Enrich databases with firmographic, technographic, and intents for targeted outreach.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to design insightful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Ensure smooth integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and other GTM tools.
  • Proactively identify gaps in data, recommend improvements, and execute fixes.
  • Train and support sales/marketing on CRM best practices and data-driven workflows.
Profil
  • 6+ years of experience managing CRM and marketing/sales automation systems.
  • Proven track record of driving lead gen and nurturing through data and automation.
  • Skilled in building workflows, automations, and integrations across GTM tech stacks.
  • Strong understanding of data enrichment tools, prospecting platforms, and intent data.
  • Experience creating dashboards and analytics that drive sales/marketing performance.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for keeping data clean and reliable.
  • Excellent communicator, able to work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services and blockchain sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements is a plus too.
Informations contractuelles
  • Contract : Permanent role (Hybrid remote) in Paris (France) or other EU countries
  • Remote first company : flexibility to work fully remotely or at an office location of your preference within the European Union.
  • Salary: €70,000–100,000 .
  • Equity: stock options %) vested over 4 years with a one-year cliff.
