Overview
As Sales Operations Lead, ensure the reliability, structure and evolution of tools, data and processes for the B2B teams.
Administer HubSpot and the GTM stack (Aircall, Odoo, prospecting tools).
Own data quality and design operational/management dashboards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or in an analytical, structuring role (Data, BI, Consulting)
- Strong CRM expertise, with hands-on mastery of HubSpot
- Comfortable with data analysis: structuring datasets, joining sources, and turning business requirements into actionable analysis
- Autonomous, curious and proactive
