Responsibilities
- Participate in preparing and facilitating team meetings (briefings, steering meetings, etc.).
- Help communicate and ensure clear understanding of managerial messages.
- Support monitoring of team members (skills development, activity tracking).
- Assist the Unit Manager in preparing managerial materials.
- Contribute to the production of activity reporting.
- Help organize and schedule activities according to objectives.
- Track action plans and propose improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to handling requests and ensuring the quality of responses provided.
- Take part in analyzing malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with processes and service commitments.
- Occasionally support teams on operational matters.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Initial experience (internship, work-study, academic project) in activity management, operations monitoring, or an operational environment.
- Proficiency with office tools, in particular: Excel (data tracking, tables, analyses); PowerPoint (structuring and presenting information); Word.
- Strong analytical skills, are rigorous, and possess well-developed organizational abilities.
- Interested in managerial responsibilities and desire to develop skills in team facilitation and activity management.
- Autonomous, reliable, and proactive; able to take initiative while collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Interpersonal ease, good listening skills, and diplomacy; want to grow in a demanding, educational, and collaborative environment.
