Retail Management Controller Intern

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key management indicators: margin, operating profit, shrinkage rate, stock turnover, etc.
• Optimize store profitability by developing effective management tools: forecast budgets, reporting, etc.
• Ensure correct implementation of administrative and management procedures, cash security measures and logistical organization.
• Lead and drive action plans developed following national audits to improve store results and customer satisfaction.
• Develop the skills and performance of each team member: recruit, train and promote talent.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management or Finance
• Proven first experience in a similar role
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to bring colleagues together around performance objectives
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive and able to propose improvements
