Holman is seeking a Retail Enablement Manager to join our Retail Central Operations team. This role partners closely with dealership leadership and cross‑functional teams to enhance sales performance, optimize digital tools, and elevate the customer experience across our retail network.

You will lead initiatives spanning technology, support training, and process optimization, ensuring our dealerships are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and best practices to succeed.

Compensation

Targeted at ~$150K for a highly qualified candidate.

Travel

1‑2X monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution for strategic initiatives impacting sales and customer experience
  • Support vendor relationships supporting CRM and digital retail platforms
  • Execute rollout, training, and communication plans tailored to dealership needs
  • Partner with sales, store leadership, marketing, IT, and Holman University to drive adoption and performance
  • Optimize system configurations, validate performance, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Act as liaison between dealerships and vendors for issue resolution and escalations
  • Track adoption, ensure KPI achievement, and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Document and scale best practices across the organization

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Automotive retail experience required
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale implementations and process improvements
  • Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
