About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly polished Restaurant Manager to lead a high-end dining operation in a luxury Caribbean setting.

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a background in Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette environments, who can bring world‑class service standards, inspire a team, and consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front‑of‑house operation, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey
- Drive a culture of excellence, professionalism, and attention to detail across the team
- Deliver a highly personalised and refined guest experience in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Train, mentor, and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless and cohesive dining experience
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and service flow to the highest level
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards
- Maintain strong communication across all departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Current or recent experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Michelin‑starred or 3 Rosette environment
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in high‑end, service‑led restaurants
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Highly detail‑oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality
- Confident managing service in a refined, high‑pressure environment
- Professional, polished, and adaptable to an international setting
- Open to relocation and available for a June start
- Salary of £70,000–£90,000 per annum
