Responsable Surface de Vente (Key Lead) - Westfield Parly 2, A&F

Job Description: The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
• Language: CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French, required.
• Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive; take initiative and show confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility; balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
• Engage in applied learning and proactive thinking.
• Strong work ethic.

Full‑time starting rate for this position is 26,835.24€ annually (the full‑time recruiting pay range for this position is 26,835.24€ – 26,835.24€ annually). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future. For the avoidance of doubt, our current full‑time equivalent hours are 35 per week.
