The Technical Support Team Leader (F/M) is responsible for coordinating all support activities related to services on SCE (Sartorius Chromatography Equipment) products: support, SAT, IQ/OQ, maintenance, and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Organize the management of responses and solutions to technical problems transmitted by the regions (field technicians, administrations, etc.).
• Attribute and delegate technical requests, ensure timely management and documentation of requests in appropriate systems.
• Manage operational technical support indicators and generate monthly reports.
• Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships to ensure optimal collaboration for proper request management.
• Carry out interviews, hiring and training of the operational team for which she or he is responsible.

What Will Convince Us

• Engineering Degree.
• Experience or knowledge in bioprocess, bio-medical and/or pharmaceutical processes.
• Management experience is required for this position.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders (Global Field Service and Operational teams, Quality departments).
• Fluency in spoken and written English (80% of exchanges and documentation are in English).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
