Our client is a leading industrial player in the Home Care sector in Europe and worldwide. The company operates across private label, retailer brands and national brands in all distribution channels.
As part of its strategic expansion in the United Kingdom, we are looking for a:
Key Account – Business Developer (M/F)
Paris or BrusselsReporting to the Sales Management team, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share in the UK and in the regions under your responsibility.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, developing and implementing new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Expanding the customer base through new client acquisition and market development
- Driving customer and channel diversification while generating profitable growth
- Managing and developing a portfolio of strategic key accounts
- Building long‑term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Contributing to internal alignment and the continuous improvement of commercial practices
You have a proven track record in Business Development and Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, gained in an international environment.
You are recognized for your strong negotiation, communication and business development skills. You are able to combine a strategic commercial development approach with hands‑on and proactive key account management.
You are comfortable working autonomously while contributing to collective objectives within an international matrix organization.
Fluent English is mandatory; an additional language would be appreciated.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset and a high level of autonomy.
