Support Cox Automotive Europe’s Growth Following Our Stellantis Partnership

Location: France (Remote/Field-Based)

Following our recent strategic partnership win with Stellantis , Cox Automotive Europe is accelerating its expansion across the French market. To support this momentum, we are looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Account Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with our French dealership partners.

This role offers the stability of a global organisation combined with the dynamic environment of a fast‑growing European business unit — an ideal opportunity for an automotive professional who wants to shape the future of used‑vehicle sourcing and digital retailing in France.

As the dedicated point of contact for small and mid‑sized dealerships across France, your role will be to help them get the most out of our platform and ensure they receive the high‑quality service they expect.

You will:

  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with dealership customers
  • Engage warm, pre‑qualified leads and convert them into active users
  • Understand each dealer’s business model and tailor your support to their goals
  • Monitor customer behaviour and performance to drive engagement and retention
  • Advise customers on stock sourcing and profitability optimisation
  • Identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Logistics/Export, Claims Management, Marketing, and Buyer Engagement
  • Lead regular customer reviews (mainly remote) to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track account performance and share insights to support continuous improvement

Your role is essential in ensuring dealerships feel supported, confident, and committed to our platform — a key factor in our success in the French market.

  • 5+ years‘ experience as an Account Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, used‑car processes, and commercial challenges
  • Confident communicator, persuasive, and able to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable analysing data (Power BI or similar) and presenting clear insights
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer‑service mindset
  • Able to work independently, prioritise your schedule, and manage many contacts
  • Ready to collaborate with international teams and contribute to shared goals
  • Experience working inside a dealership (e.g., Used Car Sales, Sales Manager)
  • A third language (German is a plus)
  • Degree in economics or automotive business
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, evolving corporate environment
  • Passion for vehicle brands, models, and technical specifications
