Position

74 - Haute-Savoie, Season: Winter, Club Med. Post located and board at the resort. Bilingual English required.

Overview

As part of the support teams, you will contribute to the success of our G.M. stay by working closely with all resort services to:

• Ensure the accompaniment and well-being of the teams.
• Valuate the resort and its services to clients and prospects.
• Optimize the resort's daily management.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing training and development of GE and GO in the village — first‑season training: integrating new arrivals, training for managers: key GO, managerial support, functional training: behavioral, sales, languages, management.
• Develop diagnosing with managers and propose a continuous training plan.
• Plan training deployment with managers based on team availability.
• Partner with resort managers for technical training deployment.
• Develop and update integration and mobilization content for key G.O.
• Lead a training session in partnership with the technical content manager.
• Ensure logistical requirements for successful training.
• Contribute to events and projects of the Talent University.

Contract

Seasonal — 4 months. Full‑time, 39h/week, daytime work.

Salaire:

• Gross monthly salary: € over 12 months.
