The Global Media Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing the brand’s global media and digital communication strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels. This role ensures consistency of brand messaging worldwide while driving visibility, engagement, and performance across key markets, in close collaboration with regional teams, external partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Media Management
- Lead the global organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Manage the global editorial calendar, including content planning, post preparation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Coordinate content deployment across international markets to ensure consistency and alignment with global priorities.
- Monitor community engagement and moderate comments, escalating customer‑related inquiries to the Customer Service team when necessary.
- Develop regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness.
- Coordinate closely with regional teams, particularly China and Japan, to ensure local relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Conduct regular competitive and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends and best practices.
Website Editorial Management
- Manage and implement the editorial content strategy across the brand website.
- Coordinate the creation, publication, and maintenance of editorial content, campaign pages, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between website content, campaign launches, and broader communication strategies.
Global Media Management
- Coordinate global media activations across OOH, Print, and Digital channels.
- Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of worldwide media campaigns in collaboration with regional markets and media agencies.
- Manage Social Media Advertising (SMA) activities, including campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Partner with e‑commerce teams to develop and optimize conversion‑driven media initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive campaign reporting and performance analysis to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build and manage media opportunities with key partners across major markets.
- Coordinate trade marketing initiatives with e‑retailers and e‑wholesalers to maximize brand visibility and commercial performance.
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in global media, digital marketing, or communications, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, media planning, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
