Responsibilities

• Drive incremental P&L growth in the region with exemplary execution
• Develop and implement commercial strategy to strengthen luxe and ultra‑premium positioning
• Manage key accounts with CHR and premium wine retailers
• Identify, analyze, and develop business opportunities through data‑driven strategy
• Set and achieve ambitious D.

  E. (Distribute, Activate, Elevate) objectives for brands and customers
• Secure high‑impact activations to enhance visibility, turnover, and rentability
• Optimize allocation balance between client demand and strategic priorities of Edrington France
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Education teams
• Own forecasting, planning and regional reporting via Salesforce & Aforza
• Partner with a Brand Ambassador to engage effectively HNWI and key customers
• Lead a commercial associate responsible for the Côte d’Azur West (Aix/Marseille/St‑Tropez)

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience on the Riviera with a solid network among CHR luxury establishments and premium wine retailers
• Excellent knowledge of wines & spirits and desire to thrive in an ultra‑premium environment
• Strong P&L management, brand and trade marketing fundamentals
• Track record of successful negotiations and account development
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with cross‑functional missions
• Excellent communication, influence and presentation skills
• Fluent in French; English an asset
