Summary
Nous recherchons un Responsable des approvisionnements programme (H/F) qui sera chargé de piloter les activités d'approvisionnements et d'achats relatives au Balance of Plant (BOP) de la solution Condensateur Synchrone. Vous assurez le pilotage fonctionnel de l’équipe approvisionnements et achats affectée au programme en cohérence avec la stratégie achats de l’entreprise.
Key Responsibilities
- SQDC Philosophy : Ensure all procurement activities adhere to the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC) philosophy; foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Strategic Sourcing : Support the buyer’s team with market research, evaluate potential suppliers, analyze spending patterns for cost savings, and define suppliers for RFQs.
- Supplier Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineering to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.
- Contract Negotiation : Participate in contract negotiations, secure favorable terms, ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements, and manage contract lifecycle.
- Procurement Process Management : Oversee the end-to‑to‑end process from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and adherence to policies.
- Budget Responsibility : Manage the procurement budget, monitor performance, adjust actions to meet targets, and provide regular budget reports.
- Schedule Responsibility : Plan and coordinate procurement activities to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services, aligning with overall project timelines.
- Team Management : Lead the sourcing and procurement team, foster collaboration, and develop a high‑performance culture.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Identify and mitigate procurement‑related risks and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management : Engage internal stakeholders, understand procurement needs, provide solutions, and communicate strategies and results.
- On‑Time Delivery (OTD) : Be responsible for the overall OTD of the scope.
- Business Award Process : Contribute to the award process and participate in final supplier selection.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and procurement software proficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and customer‑centric approach.
- Commitment to the SQDC philosophy.
