La Division Services Industriels du Groupe Daher propose à ses clientsavionneurs l'assemblage structurel et mécanique de sous-ensembles complexes,
l'installation d'équipements et la maintenance. Elle accompagne ses clients tout au long de leur cycle de production, directement sur leurs lignes de production ou en ex-situ, assurant ainsi un soutien constant.

To carry out some or all of the following activities:
- Implement previously defined policies and interpret them in the form of action plans
- Contribute to the process of improving policies and procedures
- Monitor the budget within your scope of responsibility
- Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set
- Contribute to negotiating contracts with customers
- Contribute to project delivery
- Lead, manage and unite your teams(s)
- Carry out human resources management tasks (hiring, training, annual appraisals and development of high-potential individuals)
- Ensure effective internal, external, vertical and horizontal communication
- Provide change management
- Promote the Group's corporate spirit and values
- Implement and/or monitor the application of the performance indicators required for activity monitoring
- Produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility
- Monitor trends in your core business
- Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and legal rules responsibility within which they operate.
Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
