Job environment

Job title of the line manager: Financial controller 1, 2 or 3
Job title of the functional manager (if any): operations managers
Responsibilities:
To contribute to all the financial processes within their scope of responsibility, and provide the necessary financial support to operations staff within that scope.

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

Financial Technical Processes:

• Check the accuracy of the accounting and financial information contained in the data processed for the purposes of the Management Core Model and IFRS standards
• Provide reliable data in a timely manner, identifying any discrepancies and informing your manager of them
• Consolidate budgeting data.
• Contribute to the reporting of data for management cycles (budgeting, forecasting, MTP, accounting dates, etc.)
• Support the Financial Controller in their assignments
• Financial performance improvement KPIs
• Update IT tools and procedures.

Business partnership:

• Provide operational staff with the information they need to understand the scope of responsibility within which they operate.

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
