Sales Manager – France & Benelux

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the indirect sales strategy in the region and aligned with European Local /Global strategy.
• Analysing market opportunities to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins and increase market penetration.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners to maintain connection with local market issues.
• Leading the sales team to achieve the yearly targets and to exceed the volumes as possible.
• Facilitating sales and service trainings with the support of the HVAC product teams.
• Forecast and report actuals business sales volumes, as requested frequency, for different lines of products.
• Ensuring key consultants are covered and drives growth of basis-of-design.
• Define and implement the regional sales strategy in line with European vision.
• Identify market opportunities and maximise growth and margins.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Set and track partner and sales team objectives.
• Train, motivate and support your team to exceed results.
• Ensure commercial excellence and compliance with pricing policy.
• Track and report sales performance.

Qualifications

• Leader commercial with a strategic vision and a solid track record of results.
• Confirmed experience managing high‑performance teams in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of operations and commercial development in the HVAC industry or similar.
• Sales leader with strong strategic vision to drive sales growth.
• Proven record of identifying and developing talent to build a high-performance team.
• Proven record delivering results.
• Solid industry sales operations management and leadership experience.
• Solid industry sales development/program experience within a multinational matrix style company.
