Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop the existing client portfolio, ensuring renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify and sign new companies by leveraging your network, on‑the‑ground presence and direct meetings with decision makers.
• Analyze the region, understand its economic dynamics and design the best development strategy.
• Represent Steeple locally through regular visits, participation in events and close proximity to SMEs and ETI.
• Collaborate with the Business Developer and other commercial teams to maximize opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting on your activity and drive key performance indicators (ARR generated, portfolio growth, number of new clients).

Success indicator: generate an additional €400 000 of recurring revenue for your territory per year.

Qualifications

• Work autonomously and take responsibility.
• Persistently build a commercial strategy for your territory.
• Enjoy field work, meetings, and building solid client relationships.
• Curious, willing to test, adjust, and constantly improve.
• Preferably with a successful B2B sales experience to SME/ETI leaders.
• Motivated to contribute to a meaningful project that improves employee experience.
