Le mouton à 5 pattes, cabinet de recrutement, is seeking a Responsable Commercial CSE F/H for its client, a major player in tourism and vacations, based in Paris (75).

Responsibilities:

1. Define and Lead the Commercial Strategy : Implement impactful action plans to grow sales and enhance partner relationships.
2. Identify and Acquire New Accounts : Engage with CSE, decision-makers, and HR partners to offer vacation packages tailored to their employees.
3. Develop and Retain Your Portfolio : Foster privileged relationships with key clients to offer customized solutions.
4. Work in Synergy : Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, revenue management, web, and customer service teams to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
5. Manage a Team : Lead a team of two, both on-site and remotely.

Candidate Profile:

1. Experience managing large B2B accounts , preferably in tourism, tour operators, leisure, or benefits cards sectors.
2. Strategic and Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate, structure attractive offers, and execute effective action plans.
3. Leadership and Relationship Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership to motivate clients and teams, even remotely.
4. Autonomous, Tenacious, and Proactive : Always seeking new opportunities to convert.
5. Analytical and Strategic Vision : Use data to maximize performance and profitability.

This is a CDI position available immediately, working from home in Paris (75) with regular travel to Savoie.

Salary between 38K and 45K depending on profile, plus performance bonuses and a company car.
