Report Hub Delivery Lead

Job Description

Delivery leads responsible for planning and execution of the delivery roadmap in India. Directly manages releases and works alongside the Scrum Masters to ensure execution remains on track with the delivery roadmap.

Job Requirements

Role activities

• Oversees resource allocations and assignments according to overall delivery requirements
• Facilitates delivery planning at the program level
• Ensuring the delivery of new products is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
• Acts as the release manager, managing all releases on the program with scheduling, and communicating
• Reviews high-level deliverables across projects
• Manage scope and mitigates risk across all CTB and RTB tracks.
• Manage Risks, Issues and inter-dependencies through Scrum-of-Scrums meeting
• Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program
• Accountable for the project operating model (Implementing Agile Framework and Practices)
• Exec Reporting, DFA, Account Financials /Margins, Change Control/Management process, escalation
