Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit growth in line with business targets
• Manage direct French customers, leading R&D and commercial meetings
• Handle technical, formulation, commercial and regulatory enquiries
• Identify new brands and prospects through research and market intelligence
• Prepare account plans, call reports and follow up on samples and leads
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and track new business opportunities
• Monitor sales KPIs and report variances
• Collaborate with logistics, quality and finance on complaints and payments
• Attend industry exhibitions, seminars and summits
• Share market insights, trends and competitor updates with the wider business

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• Organised, detail‑driven and analytical, with excellent time management
• Confident presenting to small and large audiences
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics and innovative ingredients

This is a home‑based role with regular domestic and international travel.
