Remote CRM & Lifecycle Lead: Growth & AI-Driven

Joko in Paris is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email from onboarding to reactivation. You will design onboarding journeys, build retention and referral programs, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Brand to scale CRM across the company.

The role is remote-friendly with flexible office options in Paris and equity consideration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2C CRM, deep knowledge of Braze/Iterable, and a data-driven
